VISUAL DIARIES AND IMAGES EXTRACTS
I lived in Chiapas Mexico for one and half year, dividing my time between San Cristobal de las Casas and nearby small farm communities
where I was volunteering (peace brigades, kids activities, coffee and corn harvesting).
Since I was always with a camera, I was also happily "commissioned" to take portraits for the familes and relatives of the villages I was staying.
My passion for photography started some year earlier, but it was the first time I had real interaction with the subjects of my photos.
From this experience on I started to see photography as well as a chance to meet and comunicate with people, realising that my desire was to continue to tell stories with the human been as main subject of my pictures.
